What the service is, and your content
EasySeatingChart provides a free browser-based manual seating planner and an optional paid Event Pass for unlimited guest rules and server-backed features. The free planner is not a trial and does not require an account.
You keep all rights to the names, lists and arrangements you enter. You give us and our service providers only the limited permission needed to store, process, synchronize and display a cloud event that you choose to use with an Event Pass. You are responsible for having an appropriate basis for handling personal information, particularly in a workplace or school context.
Event Pass payment, access and deletion
During the launch offer, the Event Pass price is USD $9.90 as a one-time payment for one event. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. Pricing and the voluntary refund policy may change for future purchases after launch. The terms shown at checkout when you purchase apply to your order, and later changes do not affect completed purchases. Cloud editing lasts for 90 days from successful payment. The event then remains available for 30 days in read-only mode for viewing and export.
After the read-only period, the cloud event, version history and private share link are deleted. You are responsible for exporting or keeping a local backup before deletion. The pass cannot be transferred to another event after purchase.
Refunds
Request a refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing hello@easyseatingchart.com from the address used at checkout with your order ID and a description of the issue. Requests are reviewed case by case; submitting a request does not guarantee a refund. We consider billing errors, non-delivery, significant product issues and relevant usage or refund history. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and end paid features and cloud access; your local browser copy remains available. We normally review requests within three working days; payment-provider processing times vary. The 7-day window applies only to this voluntary policy and does not restrict mandatory consumer rights or refunds required under applicable law or Waffo rules. The terms shown when you purchase apply to your order.
Acceptable use
Do not use the site to break the law, to interfere with its operation or security, to scrape it at a scale that degrades service for others, or to reproduce it as a competing service. Automated access that places an unreasonable load on the site may be blocked.
Availability, warranty and liability
Features may change, and the site or cloud service may be unavailable at times for maintenance or reasons outside our control. Download a private JSON backup and export a printable copy of anything important; cloud storage is a convenience, not your only backup.
The service is provided 'as is' and 'as available', without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the tools will be error-free or that an arrangement they produce will suit your circumstances. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
