The local planner includes the floor-plan editor, unlimited guests and tables, exact manual seat assignments, auto-arrange, 2 relationship rules, local saving, private backup, embedding and printing. It has no account requirement, watermark, advertising or time limit.
The one-time Event Pass unlocks unlimited together/apart guest rules, guest importance and within-table ordering for one event. It also covers a secure cloud copy, automatic cross-device saving, one co-editor, a private read-only link and version history. Editing lasts for 90 days from successful payment.
After day 90, the cloud plan becomes read-only for 30 more days so you can view and export it. The cloud copy, its version history and private share link are deleted after that grace period. A chart saved in your own browser is not deleted by this process.
Checkout availability is shown above. The Event Pass costs $9.90 once per event. Refund requests within 7 days are reviewed case by case, not guaranteed. Existing orders retain the terms shown when purchased.
Request a refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing hello@easyseatingchart.com from the address used at checkout with your order ID and a description of the issue. Requests are reviewed case by case; submitting a request does not guarantee a refund. We consider billing errors, non-delivery, significant product issues and relevant usage or refund history. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method and end paid features and cloud access; your local browser copy remains available. We normally review requests within three working days; payment-provider processing times vary. The 7-day window applies only to this voluntary policy and does not restrict mandatory consumer rights or refunds required under applicable law or Waffo rules.
